Bride Arrested After Biting Police Officer At Reception

Your wedding day is supposed to be stress free. Not for this gal anyway. In Memphis, Miya Pugh was enjoying her special day when a 20-30 drunk person fight broke out. One of those fights included the bride herself. When cops arrived at the venue to break up the melee, they found Miya yelling at people as they were being detained. A visibly drunk Miya told the police that she had been drinking to celebrate her wedding day and she was yelling because her wedding was ruined because of the fighting. When they tried to take her into custody she went from nice to bitch and tried to fight the officer detaining her. After the cuffed her, she bit one of the officers on the shoulder causing a minor abrasion. She spent her honeymoon in jail for aggravated assault, disorderly conduct, public intox, and resisting.
