A Texas attorney is in hot water over a pre-Nicholas prank. ABC 13 News reports lawyer Mark Metzger dressed up as fictional serial killer Michael Myers and walked down Galveston Beach yesterday. Police were called when residents reported seeing a man armed with a bloody knife. Cops confronted Metzger and determined the knife and the blood were fake. He was cited for disorderly conduct and released. Metzger says he was just trying to find some "positivity" as the city braced for Hurricane Nicholas.
