Man Kept Calling 9-1-1 To Report He Was Tired

9-1-1 is there to help but not always. 61 year old Daniel Schroeder has a problem with calling 9-1-1 for no real reason. Recently he had made a string of calls to the emergency line because a female relative "was not following his rules." He plead guilty to that and was sentenced to six months in jail but received a suspended sentence as long as he didn't call 9-1-1 unless it was an emergency. Well...the day after his sentencing, Danny boy here called 9-1-1 four different times to let them know that he was tired. Because of that, prosecutors had to revoke his suspended sentence. No Danny's looking at 60 days in jail. He's been busted before for DWI, narcotics possession, and leaving the scene of an accident.
