A Texas man is in custody after admitting to killing a toddler for wiping feces on him. Twenty-three-year-old Arturo Santiago Pena-Almanza Jr. was originally arrested by Irving Police Wednesday and charged with abandoning or endangering a child after his girlfriend discovered her son's lifeless body Tuesday morning. However, the charge was upgraded to capital murder after he admitted to repeatedly punching the child for wiping feces on him from his diaper. The man is now being held on a half-million dollar bond at the Dallas County Jail.
