90 Year Old Man Slugs Neighbor In Lawn Dispute

Old dudes are serious about their lawns...Over the weekend 46 year old Jack Henson had his lawn guys over cutting the grass when his neighbor decided to throw an old man fit. As the gardeners were cutting the grass at Jack's house, they stepped onto the property of 90 ear old Thomas Conrad. When Tommy saw the workers on his lawn he went to confront them, telling them to get off his property. Jack told Tom to leave them alone, but Tom wasn't having it. That's when Tom became agitated and aggravated telling Jack that he should punch him. Jack said go ahead, but it wouldn't be a good idea because he would get the law involved. That's when Tom punched Jack in the face twice and went back into his house. Sticking to his promise, Jack called the cops who went to Tom's house to ask him about the ordeal. When they got there, Tom's wife said he was resting and didn't want to be disturbed. His wife finally convinced him to talk. Tom said he recalled asking the gardeners to get off his lawn. Tom told police that Jack told him to hit him and at that time he punched him twice in the face, as to which cops responded with..."if someone asked him to shoot them would he do it?" Tom replied "then I would have shot him." Tom says he didn't do anything wrong because Jack asked him to punch him in the face. Police tried to explain to Tom that he had committed battery, to which Tom replied with get the f*ck out of my house. After a struggle with getting Tom cuffed they eventually got the f*ck out of his house with Tom in custody. He was taken in for battery and resisting and later bailed out.
