The family of a 13-year-old Florida girl is taking the Hillsboro School District to court for a sexual assault they say took place on a school bus two years ago. In their lawsuit, the family says the girl was assaulted by two boys for nearly 20 minutes back in March 2019, while riding in the back of the bus. During that time, the woman driving the bus did not stop the vehicle despite hearing the girl's cries for help. Attorneys for the family say the entire ordeal was captured on surveillance video and only ended when the bus arrived at the school.
