World's Scariest Perp Faces New Felony Charge

A man that's been described as the world's scariest perp is looking at a new felony charge. 46 year old Michael Campbell is a registered sex offender that has a rap sheet a mile long. He's been in trouble for anything from burglary to escaping from custody. He's a persistent sex offender who isn't a good lesson learner. According to reports, he was staying at a place police referred to as the "facility" (my guess...it's a homeless shelter)when he crawled into bed with a woman who was sleeping with her boyfriend. After attempting to rape the woman the man fled out the back door and escaped on a blue bicycle while the boyfriend chased after him. Michael ended up getting away but because of his crazy amount of tattoos, police were able to find the man pretty easily. When police found him, he was riding a gold bike that had recently been painted gold. They asked him about the incident, he denied it and said that the woman had made sexual advances towards him in a bathroom, and that he told he no since he had a curfew and had to leave. Now to add to the list of issues, Mike here has been charged with felony attempted rape.
