Some people just won't go out without a fight. In norther California, a Yuba County sheriff's deputy made an attempt to pull over a 30 year old Thomas Giboney. Tommy wasn't stopping though. Tommy took off on his motorcycle and that's when the chase began. After about a mile and a half into the chase Tommy wrecks his bike. When the female officer who's an 18 year vet tried to arrest the man, he decided to pull her into a flooded ditch and hold her head under water. Luckily backup arrived in time to stop the man and save the deputy. She was taken to the hospital from inhaling water into her lung, as for Tommy, he was taken to the hospital too from wounds from the crash. He was then taken in for suspicion of attempted murder of a peace officer, along with felony evading. His bond was set at $1.2 million.
