The road to recovery is now a lot smoother for a Massachusetts man who just underwent heart surgery. Alexander McLeish won one-million dollars on a scratch ticket that was gifted to him inside a get well card. The win appears to have been fated as the first three letters in the "your letter" section of the ticket were his own initials. The final word he scratched off to win the prize was the word "heart." McLeish chose the cash option and will pocket 650-thousand dollars.
