The man the proceeded to use smoke to clear the snakes, but things went south quick. During his smoke session he ended up catching the house on fire causing $1 million in damages. 75 firefighters were called out to extinguish the blaze. They say that the fire was caused by coals being too close to combustibles in the basement. No humans were harmed and the well being of the snakes is "undetermined".
