What better way to settle a dispute than grabbing a flamethrower... 57 year old Andre Abrams has been having trouble with a parking situation caused by his neighbors. In late November the teenagers that live next door parked in a manner that Andre didn't approve of. Apparently this has been going on for a while. When Andre saw the kids pull up, he grabbed his flamethrower and headed towards the parked car and started shooting flames at them. The kids fled out the passenger side of the car, telling police that the flames came within 5 feet of the car. The mother of one of the teens said that he uses it frequently to scare off guests at her home. Andre admitted to shooting flames toward the car, but denied targeting the teens. He says that the family is the worst thing that could ever happen to a neighborhood. Andre is now facing three counts of aggravated assault with a deadly weapon without intent to kill.
