A Florida family blames fireworks for their dog's death. Dade City's Steven Hatcher says New Year's Eve fireworks caused his three-year-old border collie, Bruce, to suffer a panic attack that led his heart to stop. Hatcher says Bruce started shaking, his tongue started to fall out of his mouth, and his eyes started to glaze over before his heart stopped beating. Hatcher tells WTVT those setting off fireworks should have some consideration for their neighbors.
