Some people want a tree for Christmas....some people don't. According to reports, 31 year old Levi Metcalf shares an apartment with his girlfriend. She said she wanted to buy a Christmas tree for the place, and he disagreed. At some point in time during the argument Levi elbowed the woman n the face. Of course the cops were called, and when questioned, Levi admitted to hitting the woman, which left her face swollen on the right side, but said it was an accident. They went ahead and took him in for domestic battery.
