A driver is lucky to be alive after a chunk of concrete went crashing through his windshield while he was driving. Leonard Brown of California was driving on Route 28 near Somerville, Massachusetts when a piece of concrete broke off an overpass as he passed underneath. At first, Brown thought the debris that flew past his head was ice or snow. It wasn't until he pulled over to assess the damage that he realized what happened. One of the three pieces of concrete was at least a foot across and ended up the backseat of Brown's car. He walked away with just a single scratch on the back of his hand.
