In Utah last Wednesday, 27 year old Victor Chavez-Zuniga was pulled over around 10 pm for a broken headlight. When police ran his name, he came back with several active warrants for failure to appear. As police were searching his car they found the man's wallet and inside was a severed finger. Police say that severed finger was wrapped in cloth and had what appeared to be puss and blood on it, and that it had began to turn green and the nail appeared to be decayed, along with a foul odor. They didn't say where it came from or who's it was, but Vic here is now in jail for his previous warrants and abuse or desecration of a dead human body.
