Voters on the island of Nantucket in Massachusetts are weighing the legalization of topless beaches. Seventh-generation Nantucketer, Dorothy Stover, introduced a proposal called "Gender Equality on Beaches" that would allow any person to go topless on all public and private beaches. Men are currently permitted to go topless, but women face up to three years in prison for exposing themselves. Stover said this is inequality and added some men have bigger breasts than herself. The amendment will be considered at Nantucket's annual town meeting in May.
