Back in late December an officer with the North Versailles Police Dept. was taking a leak when he noticed something odd attached to the urinal. What he found was a small camera that had been wrapped in a white sheath with the outer portion painted white with an SD card attached. When the officer found the camera, he called all the other officers in to take a look at what he found. It was at that point that 49 year old John Logan excused himself saying he had to go to the bathroom which was restricted to law enforcement only. After being in there for several minutes, he flushed the toilet and exited the restroom. After he exited the room, officers collected the camera, but the card was missing. When questioned about it, John admitted that he touched and squeezed the camera, but denied removing the card. They asked him why he would touch it with out gloves, to which he responded with "stupidity." They searched John's house last month and found a mini camera just like the one they found at the station. Flash drives were found in the man's bedroom that contained multiple videos of the police officers using the bathroom while in varying stages of undress with exposed genitals. They were able to ID three of the victims. Pervy John was charged with evidence tampering and three counts of invasion of privacy.
