Police in Utah arrested a man who they say painted his face like the Joker before he tried to kill someone. Records in Vernal show 24-year-old Jonathan Clark broke into an apartment Monday night, and allegedly attempted to kill the homeowner with a folding knife. Police arrived and took the suspect into custody. Clark later admitted he had recently used drugs.
