A Texas teacher is out of a job after an experiment went wrong. The 12 year old boy was taken to the hospital after volunteering to have hand sanitizer put in his hand and set a blaze. The school acknowledged the incident in a Tweet last Tuesday saying that this had reportedly been done several times throughout the day with other students that didn't get hurt. The student in question suffered from third degree burns on his hands. Parents claim that it happened when they finished a test early and the teacher asked the students if they wanted to see something cool. Some students say that the boy panicked and the substance burned too long.
