Crack Head Beats Off Three Cops And Gets Thirteen Charges

Earlier this month 28 year old Walter Kobersky pulled up to an intersection and was over the stop line blocking traffic. Two sheriff's deputies were next to the man and attempted to stop him for the violation. The moment they lit Walter up, he looked at them, took a hit from his crack pipe and attempted to pull off. When he did, he ran over one of the deputies foot pinning both officers between the two cars. When a third officer arrived the fight was on. Walter the proceeded to beat off all three officers while half handcuffed. He eventually got away but officers tracked him down at the address listed on the car's registration. When they arrived at the home., Walt was still in the car, and ready for more. Walt continued to beat off the cops while in the driveway but eventually they cuffed him and took him in on a slew of charges including: two counts of aggravated battery on a law enforcement officer with a deadly weapon (the handcuffs), aggravated assault on an law enforcement officer with a deadly weapon, three counts of battery on a law enforcement officer, three counts of resisting with violence, obstruction of means of communication\protection (Walt ripped the radio off one officer), tampering with physical evidence, possession of cocaine, and fleeing and eluding at high speeds. He bailed out a few days later.
