A man is under arrest in northern Virginia for allegedly attacking a woman with a charcuterie [[ char-coot-er-ree ]] board. Prince William County Police say Jonathan Edison Diza Rocha surrendered to police without incident to face charges in the case. Police were called to an apartment on April 21st to investigate a domestic-related incident. A woman claims Rocha struck her in the face during an argument with the wooden board meant to display cured meats.
