A Florida painter is facing felony charges of indecent exposure and obscene communication thanks to three FaceTime calls he made earlier this year. Adam Smith called “numerous random phone numbers,” and the three people that answered his call were presented with the sight of Smith, completely nude, squatting in front of the camera and stroking his penis. The affidavit notes that while one of the victims was shocked, “they managed to take a screenshot of the defendant.” That screenshot showed tattoos identical to ones that Smith has, leading police to arrest him. The charges are felonies because they were upgraded due to his conviction in 2019 of indecent exposure and drug charges stemming from pulling up beside a woman in his car and pleasuring himself while he stared at her.
