Old Man In Speedo Exposes Self On Beach

Last week, 64 year old Charles Hixon went to the beach for some afternoon fun. While he was there, he was standing about knee deep in the water in his speedo when he pulled the front of his shorts down exposing his penis. Things got worse when he was allegedly "holding it in his hand" staring and grinning at a 28 year old woman. When the two made eye contact, the cops were called. The victim described the penis as large, 7-8 inches, and was similar in color to the tanned man. Another witness says they saw Chuck with his hands on his crotch, but didn't see him expose it. When Chuck was questioned, he denied anything happening and said hat he didn't intentionally expose himself to anyone. He was taken in and charged with exposure of sexual organs.
