Boy On Bike Rammed By Old Man After Throwing Banana Peel Near Property

Late last month a 15 year old boy was riding his bike down the road, minding his business and munchin' on a nanner. When he finished his snack, he tossed the used up peel in the road near the property of a 57 year old man named Jerry Terrell. Jerry didn't like that and confronted the kid who blew it off and continued about his merry way. Well...Jerry decided to hop on his ATV and chase the kid down. Instead of stopping the kid, Jerry rammed him from the back causing him to wreck his bike. Police were called and the kid was taken to the hospital, while Jerry was taken to the big house for misdemeanor aggressive driving and felony aggravated assault.
