A Georgia dad serving life in prison for leaving his young son in a hot car is having his conviction overturned. The Georgia Supreme Court ruled details about Justin Ross Harris' extramarital relationships shouldn't have been presented at trial. He was convicted of leaving his son Cooper in a car in June 2014 and he later died. Prosecutors said Harris committed the crime so he could live his life without a child and go after other women. However, the court's chief justice said that did "little if anything to answer the key question of [ Harris' ] intent when he walked away from Cooper.
