The ACLU of Delaware will represent a woman in her case involving a vanity license plate. The Department of Motor Vehicles has recalled the vanity plate of Kari Overington which says "FCANCER." She's been fighting to keep the plate for the last year claiming First Amendment rights. She filed a federal lawsuit without an attorney last year and a judge recently rejected the state's motion to dismiss the case. The ACLU announced Monday that it will represent Overington going forward.
