Woman Makes 11,000 Calls To Police Line

50 year old Carla Jefferson has a trolling problem, not online, but with police where she lives. According to reports, she has made over 11,000 phone calls to the police nonemergency line. Investigators say that she would call and belittle, harass, swear, and argue with police employees that would answer the phone. They say that the calls are vulgar, threatening, or obscene, and contained extreme expletives, sexual innuendos, and belittling remarks. They sent police to her house to confront the woman and arrest her, but she would retreat back into her house and not answer the door. In the past, she'd give them the finger and scream at them through the window. They even sent her a certified letter saying if she kept it up, there would be criminal charges. She was arrested in late June for her mistreatment of the system but was later released. She was arrested Monday again for the same crimes.
