Boyfriend Jailed After Felonious Cheeseburger Battery

Over the weekend, 41 year old James Hunt and his 53 year old live in girlfriend went to Burger King for some food. The woman didn't eat and that set James off. The two started fighting in the restaurant and the woman did the right thing and tried to leave the situation. James...not liking that either, followed her outside and threw a cheeseburger at the woman hitting her in the back of the head so hard she fell over a curb and onto the ground. She ended up busting her lip and chin open. When police got there, they noticed blood on the woman's shirt and shorts along with cheese in her hair. According to one worker, James tried to leave after he hit her in the head while she was down on the ground. When police caught up to Jimmy, he admitted to throwing the cheeseburger at her, but denied hitting her while she was down, and said that he didn't think it was the cheeseburger that caused her to fall over. Jimmy was taken in for felony domestic.
