This past weekend, a car struck and killed a four-year-old kid on Long Island, New York. According to sources, the accident happened in the family's driveway. Per the investigators, the small youngster was struck by a learner's permit-holding relative, 34. After the accident, which the police described as an error, the female driver received a ticket.
