After cutting off his own genitalia in a dream, a man in Ghana is currently experiencing a genuine nightmare. When the man took up a knife while he was asleep and daydreaming about cooking meat for his family, he awoke in a pool of blood and in excruciating pain. As soon as he started to cry out for assistance after waking up, neighbors flocked to aid him. After being stabilized at a nearby hospital, he now needs surgery to repair the damaged area.
