In an event that may have been the result of subway surfing, according to New York police, a teenager's arm was severed by a subway train. Over 600 instances of persons riding outside trains this year indicate how prevalent it is growing. Despite being transported to the hospital, the 15-year-arm old's could not be saved. The scene in Queens on Monday morning was horrific, according to witnesses.
