Some people are just plain disturbed....Back on July 20th, 29 year old Robert Mondragon left a dead cut open duck on a bench that is part of the memorial garden at Parkland's Marjory Stoneman Douglas High School that commemorates the victims of the massacre in 2018. The next night he left a dead coon, and on July 31st, he left a a possum. After he was identified as a suspect, ja deputy pulled him over and found blood and feathers in his car. He told the deputy that he was keeping the dead bird in his car because he liked the smell. Robert was later arrested on August 5th for this incident and violating his probation. Bob was on probation for approaching a woman and exposing himself, and biting a police officer who responded. In 2018 he had some guns seized under the state's red flag law, which allows authorities to seize guns if you are shown to be a danger to themselves or others. Authorities say that Bob had made several searches about school shootings and made them fearful that he may have been planning one himself. Bob's attorney says that he suffered from a troubled and traumatic childhood and was the child victim of a crime that is now awaiting trial, but declined to give specifics.
