Dallas police arrested a doctor accused of tampering with I-V bags. KDFW-TV reports Doctor Raynaldo Ortiz Junior was taken into custody today, less than a week after his license was suspended by the Texas Medical Board. Ortiz has been under investigation for allegedly warming I-V bags, which would cause patients serious complications. He is also accused of playing a role in the death of a physician that suffered a heart attack after inserting an I-V in June. Ortiz's charges are not known at this time.
