Family Brawls Over Chinese Takeout

Having someone eat your food before you do sucks, but is it really worth fighting over? Last Friday, 51 year old Brian Schell ordered Chinese takeout for him, his wife, his son, and daughter Atlantis. According to reports, when the food arrived none of it was labeled, leaving everyone to figure it our for themselves. The son ended up eating Brian's food by mistake which started the fight. Things turned violent when big sister Atlantis started punching the boy and Brian joined in by putting him in a choke hold. Meanwhile, mamma's in the bedroom when she heard crashing and yelling coming from the kitchen. She told police that she saw Atlantis beating the boy who was being choked by dad. The fight only ended because she called 9-1-1. When police arrived, they found bruising and redness on the boy's left eye, while the other two were unmarked. Brian and Atlantis were taken in for misdemeanor battery, but daddy was hit with a felony for domestic by strangulation.
