You can't fix stupid.... In Phoenix, crews were called to the scene of a car fire over the weekend. When police got there, they found the vehicle engulfed in flames and a man in his 40s burned near the car. After the man was rushed to the hospital they started questioning people around. One man said the car was his, and that it was stolen by a man who burned him with an unknown object before stealing the car. The man's friend said he witnessed the robbery and drove to follow the stolen car. The owner of the car said he followed while walking and found his car on fire along with his friend who had been burned. Witnesses ruined their story though. Police later found out that the victim had asked his two friends to get gas since one of their cars was empty. That's when they filled several plastic grocery bags and loaded them into the car. Before they arrived at the second car, the bags o' gas ignited with all three dudes in the car, causing the car to go up in flames. The one dude is in critical condition while the other had minor burns. The investigation continues.
