Natalie Curtis thought it would be a good idea to take a flight and celebrate her birthday. When she boarded in Singapore, she was offered a special wheelchair that fit in the aisle of the plane, free of charge. After the plane landed in Bangkok, she was informed that she would have to pay for wheelchair service that would get her to her own personal wheelchair. The confused and humiliated woman didn't like that and crawled down the aisle to exit the plane. The low cost Australian airline Jetstar says it was just a misunderstanding and has offered to refund the woman along with other compensation.
