A woman is facing charges for allegedly exposing herself to trick-or-treaters in Maryland. Police say 45-year-old Wendee Kaczorek yelled obscenities at children while handing out candy in Edgewater on Halloween night. When police arrived, they found her standing near the road in front of a home on 2nd Avenue. She is free on her own recognizance after being charged with indecent exposure and disorderly conduct.
