Not all stepdads are assholes....this one is though. 41 year old Byron Hayes was at home with his stepkids when he started arguing with the daughter. As he was fighting with her, the stepson intervened and Byron told him the f### up. That's when Byron went to his room, grabbed his pistol, and proceeded to pistol whip the gaming console. According to the boy, he also pointed the gun at him and told him to leave. Eventually the boy was able to get away and call his mom to come get them. Byron says he accidentally fired his gun while beating the Playstation, but never pointed it at the oy. Bryon was taken in for aggravated assault with a deadly weapon without intent to kill, child neglect without great bodily harm, and firing a weapon in a residential area.
