A former Florida State University student accused of killing a couple in their garage six years ago and then chewing on one victim's faces is not guilty by reason of insanity. The prosecution, defense and judge have all agreed to the deal. Austin Harrouff [[ hair-oof ]] was set to go on trial today without a jury. The judge is expected to send Harrouff to a mental hospital.
