A Colorado grandmother is suing after a botched raid on her home. A SWAT team swarmed 77-year-old Ruby Johnson's Denver home in the Montebello neighborhood last January, looking for a stolen truck, semi-automatic handguns, cash and other items. The suit, filed by the ACLU on behalf of Johnson, targets the main detective in the raid. It alleges Detective Gary Staab organized the raid after the owner of the stolen truck said his Find My iPhone app "pinged" at Johnson's home. Court papers show it actually pinged in the area of Johnson's home.
