A Florida man got quite the surprise when he got locked up for slapping a police horse on the ass. 27 year old Alisha Lalani was in the area that some mounted officers were patrolling. At some point he decided to walk behind one of them and slap the horse right on the ass with an open hand. The officers didn't take too kindly to that and arrested the man. Alisha was surprised when they cuffed him stating that he didn't know he wasn't allowed to hit the horse. He was taken in and charged with battery on a police horse.
