52 year old Richard Atchison was drinking Monday evening when his wife had asked him to help her with dinner. When she asked for help, she put a spoon in the sink that ended up splashing the man, setting him off. That's when he packed his things and went out to the car, but came back in and asked her to leave because he had been drinking. She tried to leave but he shoved her and picked up the Christmas tree and threw it at her. He then blocked her from leaving. That's when she called the cops, and they took him in for domestic.
