Police raid hospital room of terminally ill patient to seize marijuana, THC

After a hospital employee at Hays Medical Center observed Greg Bretz, 69, vaping marijuana, Hays, Kansas, police invaded his hospital room on December 16. Bretz is a terminal cancer patient. 6 people perished in the Newcomerstown fire, according to the Ohio State Fire Marshall.

Bretz claimed that since being admitted to the hospital about three weeks ago, he has been vaping and consuming THC paste with bread to treat his symptoms. Bretz claimed to the Kansas City Star that his physician advised him to utilize any means required to treat his pain, including THC-containing medicines.
