In early December, police got a tip that 31 year old Xavier Carlisle who was wanted in another town, was at a house in Kissimmee. When police arrived, X refused to come out, and residents of the home told the cops he had a gun. After refusing to come out, X-man texted one of the residents that he didn't mind coming out, but wanted to get high first. Eventually the SWAT team came out to take the man in, but he still refused to go. X fired a round in the home, the ran to a shed in the back yard where there was a surveillance feed that he planned on using to monitor the cops. SWAT ended up gassing him out of the shed and took him in. He told the cops that he didn't want to turn himself in on his birthday and that he just wanted to get high.
