7 Ft. Penis Arrested For Harassing Women

Carnival in Rio has been going on since the 80s and some people like to go overboard. This year, a man dressed in a 7 foot inflatable penis costume was reported to police by a few women for harassing them. The man was said to be chasing the women around until they called the Military Police. Authorities found the man and arrested him, but he's not the only dumbass at carnival this year. Another dude was on his way when authorities stopped them before loading the bus. This man was wearing a homemade costume alluding he was from the national penitentiary equipped with a homemade electric ankle monitor. Police found a small amount weed and cocaine on the man. Him and his friend admitted that they were gonna do some and sell the rest in Rio.
