Cops in New York aren't laughing because they are looking for a stand-up comedian in connection to a subway shooting. Detectives say 30-year-old Marcos Cofresi shot another man twice when they got into a fight on a train last month. The suspect performs under the name Leo Cofresi. He was scheduled to perform at a comedy club near Times Square Saturday night, but the venue changed the bill after police named him the suspect.
