A man from Maui, Hawaii who calls himself “Dolphin Dave” was cited by the Hawaii Department of Land and Natural Resources for allegedly harassing a humpback whale and, dolphins inside a state historical park. 65-year-old David Jimenez was cited for violating two Hawaii Administrative Rules protecting the creatures and told officers that he’s “not going to stop swimming with whales and dolphins.”
