Oklahoma police arrested a man over the weekend for allegedly throwing an unconscious woman over a balcony. Richard Wallace of Tulsa is accused of wrapping the woman in a blanket and throwing her over the fourth-floor apartment balcony early Saturday morning. The woman was taken to the hospital in critical condition. Authorities said Wallace was arrested after a short standoff with officers, and is charged with aggravated assault and battery.
