A customer of a Warren market is facing charges after assaulting a clerk with a frozen fish. Police said Jobul Hussain went to the market on Nine Mile Road shortly after 7 p.m. Sunday but the fish counter was closed due to Ramadan. Hussain began arguing with the clerk and then picked up a four-pound frozen fish and hit the worker in the head. The worker was taken to a local hospital for treatment. Hussain has been arraigned on aggravated assault and was given a five-thousand-dollar bond.
