A suspect is in custody following a bizarre, pre-dawn police response to a burglary report in Florida's Volusia County. Department sources say officers were called to a local home early Sunday morning, arriving to find 34-year-old Blake Tokman unclothed and coated in grease and peppermint oil, allegedly trying to flee the scene on foot. Efforts to take Tokman into custody reportedly were hampered by his slick skin. After struggling with at least four officers, he was taken into custody before being charged with two counts of occupied burglary, three counts of battery on a law enforcement officer, two counts of criminal mischief, and resisting arrest with violence. A court date in the case is pending.
